It’s a summertime playground for watersports—wakeboarding, skiing, tubing and cruising are popular. So, is the fishing for walleye that rank Leech Lake as one of the best in the state.And then there’s Whitefish, the largest chain of lakes in the area. Just 25 miles away, you’ll find more than 14,000 acres of water between the 14 lakes comprising the chain. More cruising, watersports and great fishing for walleye and smallmouth bass are there.
